You’re ready for change

How can I help?

You know deep down that things shouldn’t be this hard. You’re not sure where to start and the first step can be scary.  So many of us hide our shadows, stumble through life and end up feeling alone. Each of us has the ability to heal, it is only a matter of tapping into our inner wisdom. Having a trusted person to hold space for difficult emotions and provide compassion can sometimes be all we need to start our healing.

Together, we can uncover those things that keep you stuck. I want to help you live a life you have always wanted. In addition to compassionate listening and providing feedback, I can teach you research based techniques so you can live more authentically and have stronger relationships.

About Me

I was born and raised in Butte County and lived in Paradise, CA for the first 17 years of my life. Living in a small community shaped who I am. Currently residing in Chico, CA, I enjoy nothing more than a lazy morning at Saturday Farmer’s Market, drinking local coffee and catching up with friends. I am a people person, although I love my dog just as much as my partner…

I have been providing therapy services since 2017 primarily at community agencies. After the Camp Fire, the toll on our community was devastating. The shared trauma could be felt by anyone walking through the grocery store. It was during this time of need that I decided to start my private practice, to help my fellow neighbor. Soon after the fire, I was diagnosed with Cancer. Again, I saw a need for mental health support in my new (cancer) community. I feel lucky to be able to use my trainings as a therapist to enrich the communities that I am a part of!

*I have received the COVID vaccinations and am currently seeing client’s for in person and virtual therapy.
